Frequently asked questions

We've gathered the situations you're likely to run into while using Knit in one place. For questions not here, email us at hello@oprai.co.kr.

What exactly does Knit do?

Knit is a B2B AI CRM. Customer touchpoints scattered across messaging, calls, and email come into a per-customer workspace, and Knit connects with Flow (order management) in Oprai — so "who ordered what, when" lives in one flow. Customer inquiries turn into quote and order drafts; payment, shipping, and delivery statuses come back to the customer workspace.

How is Knit different from Salesforce, HubSpot, or messaging tools?

Salesforce and HubSpot are pipeline-first, so conversations don't come in. Messengers like ChannelTalk don't carry orders or inventory. Knit is built so both flow inside the same workspace: a KakaoTalk inquiry → a quote in Flow → payment and shipping → a Knit notification — all in one view.

Do KakaoTalk inquiries also come into Knit?

For now, account managers paste KakaoTalk messages into the customer workspace (quick capture). Official KakaoTalk Business Channel integration is planned for Phase B — once it ships, KakaoTalk → Knit ingestion becomes automatic. In the meantime, the workspace-centered flow already works.

How is data shared across teammates?

Customer workspaces are shared across the company — the whole team sees the same conversations, quotes, orders, and notes. Private notes per user are also supported ("your notes" inside the workspace). When an account manager goes on leave or moves on, the customer history stays with the company; only the personal notes follow the individual.

I see "admin approval required" when syncing Google or Outlook contacts.

Your company's Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace policy restricts third-party app consent. Ask your IT admin to "grant Contacts.Read consent for Knit (publisher: Oprai)." For Korean users, Gmail usage dominates, so Google is enough for most teams.

Where is data stored, and can it be deleted?

All data is stored on a server in Oracle Cloud's Chuncheon region, South Korea (the database is self-hosted PostgreSQL on the same server). When your company cancels its workspace, all customers, conversations, notes, images, and OAuth tokens are immediately and permanently deleted. Individual customers or items can be deleted from inside the workspace.

What does it cost?

Knit is included in the Oprai platform price — 49,000 KRW/month for 1 person, +10,000 KRW per additional employee. One subscription gives you Flow (orders), Books (accounting, coming soon), People, Sales, and Insights — every module. 14-day free trial, no card required. More at oprai.co.kr/docs/pricing.
