Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 3, 2026

Thank you for using Knit. These Terms set the ground rules for using the Service together, safely and fairly.

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Knit (the “Service”), an AI-based contact and relationship management service operated by Oprai (a sole proprietorship, the “Company”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Knit helps users consolidate scattered customer touchpoints, manage contacts and business cards, exchange messages and files within shared workspaces, schedule and conduct calls, and use AI features such as summaries, action extraction, and meeting reports. The Company may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the Service. Material changes will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use; you may not use it on behalf of others without authority.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the contacts, messages, files, notes, and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the workspace members you share with. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any User Content, including personal information of third parties. How the Company handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) send spam or unsolicited messages; (d) harvest data or use the Service to build a competing product; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI Features

The Service uses AI models to generate summaries, extract action items, transcribe and summarize meeting recordings, and assist with communication. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for assistance only — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting upon it. AI features may be powered by third-party model providers that process the relevant input to return a result.

7. Third-Party Services and Google Integration

The Service may integrate with third-party services you choose to connect, such as Google. If you connect Google, the Service accesses your Google data (e.g., contacts and, with your consent, your calendar) only to provide the features you requested, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms.

8. Fees

Some features may be offered free of charge, while others may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund conditions for paid plans will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the corresponding service period has begun.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, the Company will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date in advance where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
